Upcoming Events
TroopFest 2010 at Neto's Market and Grill (Santa Clara)
On September 11th, OCC and Neto's will be hosting TroopFest at Neto's! This family friendly military appreciation day will be an all day event, with great music, food and activities. The day will begin with a commemorative one mile long "Freedom Walk" in downtown Santa Clara, to observe the anniversary of 9-11. A brief ceremony led by the Santa Clara Fire and Police Departments will follow. By noon, TroopFest will begin!
Our care package assembly will be held during TroopFest, as well as other activities. More info to come, but mark your calendars!
We want to see a lot of banners from American Legions, VFWs, Boys and Girls Scouts troops, and military units being held throughout the walk.
Willow Glen Care Package Assembly
Join us as we meet one Sunday a month, to assemble care packages. Ages five and up are welcome, but children must have adult supervision. We will meet from 10am until we are finished.
